Every Raytopo tent is built on 6063-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum alloy, hard-anodized or powder-coated against corrosion. Joints are numbered and pre-drilled so field crews can assemble a 3x6m structure without tools training.

Roof and wall canvas is woven from 680g/m² PVC-coated polyester, waterproofed and UV-stabilized for outdoor duty. Artwork is reproduced at full color depth so logos and gradients print exactly as designed.
