Welcome to Taytopo! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including the inquiry, customization, and purchase of custom advertising tents, canopy tents, and event display hardware.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Custom Printing & Proofing

For custom printing products, clients must provide high-resolution graphic files or approve our digital visual proofs before production begins:

• Proof Approval: Production will only start after the client confirms the digital design proof. Please carefully verify artwork alignment, text spelling, and layout.
• Color Accuracy: Due to screen display variations and dye-sublimation fabric printing characteristics, slight color differences between digital screen previews and final physical fabric prints may occur.

2. Order Processing & Payments

Orders are processed upon confirmation of details and receipt of payment. Because our custom canopy tents and printed materials are tailored specifically to your specifications, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We work with trusted international logistics partners to ship products worldwide. Estimated shipping dates provided are estimates and subject to carrier operations and customs clearance processes in destination countries.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

By uploading logos, artwork, or design assets to Taytopo, you warrant that you own the rights or hold authorization to use all trademarks, logos, and graphics provided. Taytopo assumes no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-provided artwork.

5. Warranties & Returns

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our hardware frames and custom prints:

• Defects & Shipping Damages: If your order arrives damaged or contains manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with detailed photo/video evidence.
• Custom Products: Custom-printed products are made specifically for you and are non-refundable unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or error on our part.

6. Limitation of Liability

Taytopo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper assembly, extreme weather usage exceeding product tolerance, or misuse of advertising tents and frames.
